Hi all Popping in between work and holidays! jvh - hope your cousin is ok - sounds serious - but John Hunter is the best! So hope all is well. (And of course keep OH fighting the BP!) pjbear - it must be about time for your op? - Hope all goes well and you are back amongst us soon? I checked out a couple of the posts following my last - and thanks to everyone who had such kind words to say about the Scatty cat. Hope all your furrballs are doing their jobs - keeping you company and giving you something to cuddle. I'm still talking to him, occasionally - it's the daily routine that's really upset!:^O - there's just less to do each morning! and I don't have to explain myself when I get home late! LOL :-x Continuing to travel, now I'm free, - off to Armidale, Dorrigo over the long weekend in June. and another trip to Melbourne, to visit friends, in the planning for September. Hi miss, bella (keep up the good work with the princesses!), zaid, purps, jvh, pjbear, karen, and all I have missed. Comfortable place here! Thanks and best wishes to all.:-x

Moooooooooooooorning all and cant believe that another week is nearly over and dusted.

Not much happening here to day have to drive the OH for a hair cut........his meds were tweaked again yesterday and now hes on another BP med with a light diuretic hopefully that might work.........hes still very clingy and timid so unlike him...........we are having a few days away and most possibly will try and catch up with my cousins situation whilst away all depends on what level they find him in the next few days

Not much happening here, I might go for a cuppa up the road because I can! DD is struggling with a few issues, she suffers extreme anxiety. After years of no meds I had her on meds for a little while at the beginning of the year and have decided after watching her struggle that she is just someone who needs them. Luckily they are fairly low dose.

No point in not having quality of life. She is absolutely delightful and I beleive in giving her every opportunity to live life happily and to the fullest.

lil prince is still here for now, growing day by day and chattering away lol The other two princesses are doing fairly well, delightful they are!

Hi JVH remember no news is good news - your cousin sounds like a very strong man and will fight this!! Hope the tweaking of the bp meds helps your OH!! Take care of you, too!!

Hi bella - enjoy that coffee!! Perhaps there are some natural meds could aid your dd (st. johns wort brilliant for anxiety but takes 3 weeks to kick in properly). I'm 2 weeks into it myself lol!

OH just rang and said a lady collapsed in the mall where he had gone for an eye test - he was first on scene and she was lying face down (very elderly) and her companion was extremely distressed. He was worried the lady had passed; but she hadn't so he made sure she could breathe and was comfortable without disturbing her - 15 mins on and still no ambulance (but more help). Hoping the lady will be ok!

uMMM recommending books is so hard... what do you like to read? I like everything from Linda Howard and Diana Palmer to Lee Child and agatha christie so its a mixed bag. I tend to read by author.... I will read almost everything an author writes then move onto another one.
