Toooooooooooooooop of the morning and another glorious day here.........taking the OH for a little drive and some morning tea/lunch up in the mountains..........fab little french style cafe an hour from here.......all the goodies are to die for:)

Hope everyone is well and the gals in the southern states arent too cold.........going to be a balmy 22c today...........so nice not to have any of that humidity........the OH is ok............disappointed in his family but thems the breaks.....one eventually always shows ones true colours:)......my job is to keep him upbeat and have and do something interesting each day without him getting too tired:)

Hi Bella and do hope that your OHs BP can too be bought under control........am finding that with the OHs the addition of a BP meds with a light diruetic has bought it down.......still now where it should be but is getting better............its such a worry and is such a silent health issue:(

Hoping things settle down for him JV, I agree it is a worry. I don't mention my OH's condition here much but he also has menieres disease. He has very high blood pressure, so is going on tablets again, doctors are also doing some other tests. So praying that Mr Bella is ok...and also thinking of you and Mr JV.

I suffer high blood pressure and a number of other health issues. Know what it is like plus the worry of OHs. Life can seem so unfair at times. And it is more worrying as we age.

Well we might just get to go for the walk around the Blue Lake today. I was too tired yesterday so opted for a drive instead. lol

Dame so glad you are having a day out with your Mumma........you must cherish the time you have with her..........can you perhaps organise some respite for your step dad.......i know when Mother was alive the respite was 61 days a year.........i didnt avail myself except just before she went into care initially
