Not much happening here, sent the OH off for 4 days so I guess its party time for us girls (lots of chocolate and chips lol). Lots happening as usual, well you know my life is never boring lol lol

JV how was OH? Mine is on his blood pressure tabs and need a few tests in the coming week. But I've given him orders that he has to be fit and healthy coz we need him for a long time!!!

Anyway better go lil prince needs my attention as do the princesses 🙂

I think I may owe the thread an apology as it has been pointed out to me that the way I tend to end my posts with God bless may be interpreted as trying to force my religious beliefs on other people, so in the future I will just say Take care and be kind to YOU, if that is ok:)
I would never try to inflict religion on anyone, I guess it is just the way I am, I often say on the phone to someone I am talking to God bless when I am going, so if I have offended anyone please accept my apology:)

What??? you're kidding me! That is who you are and you shouldn't have to apologise for that. People end their posts with all sorts of things that represent what they beleive, if someone gets offended over it they have the problem not you Dame.

Hi and the new meds Avapro + dieuretic plus the other stuff that the doc has him on have lowered it but still not right.........thankfully hes fairly with it taking the right meds at the right time............maybe your OH has a fluid problem as well.........i know i weighed him before the new meds and after taking them hed lost 2kgs no change in diet.........am just trying my hardest to keep him well:)

Please continue to say God Bless to me Dame. I for one appreciate it and I beleive it shows what a lovely heart you have toward others.

Evening all well not quite 5 but very dark and drear outside and we have snow about 35 klms from here........of course the OH forgot to pack warm pants so have had to have a mad hunt around to buy warm clobber.......had a lovely trip over the mountains and stopped for morning tea at the best pastry shop again in Aussie lol............on goes another jelly roll

Hope you are all well..........and have a nice weekend planned......still having issues with the internet connection although this is a lot better than the last place thankfully:)

That's interesting JV, OH found it much easier to loose weight on blood pressure tabs. No idea why. He can't take a diuretic because it sets off the dizziness associated with menieres. That could mean a week in bed for him 😞

Glad things are settling down for Mr JV though and hope he has continued good health. 🙂

Dark and deary here too JV. It will be a very cold night tonight. The snow season is open so lots of traffic going past the house headed for falls creek. I can see snow out of my lounge room window on the mountains. It is a beautiful time of the year despite the cold!!

JV - I was on avapro and had terrible trouble holding my head up - pain and weakness - one of the side effects to watch out for.

It's a fantastic drug according to my doctor - just a shame I could not tolerate it. Hope your OH finds it good.
