I'm making sausage rolls ATM and it is so HOT. I have to do them because I promised the kids I would.

I used to make them all the time when they were little and it's been so long I'd almost forgotten how to do them.

I've put less parsley in them because DD tells me she doesn't like parsley much now, so I've grated some carrots into the mixture to make them a bit 'healthier'

I hope they turn out OK  😄

It is still 30 degrees here..............but it is OK because the weather thingie says it only feels like 28.6.............and that is so much cooler.

I jsut thought you might like to know I got bitten by an ant down my bra today..........(wonders how many of you will ignore my injury...:^O)

We had our grandson today................and decided to set up the little pool for him.

We put up the umbrella and got some empty cups and bottles........and put our chairs up to the side so we could put our feet in an talk to him while he paddles.

He was a bit reluctant at first..............being a child of the electronic age he thought empty cups and bottles were a bit silly.

But he had a ball once he got over his shock of having something to play with that did not plug into the power point.

I don't know what the temp is here ATM but I do know that's it's very hot in my kitchen.

The sausage rolls turned out very successful BTW but I'm not using the oven again on hot days  😄

Hi Iza.  No, I don't think they will read this board but I thought I should mention them as they posted it on the trading board.  It's lovely isn't it and I did kind of get their point.
