Hi all,been awfully busy lately, and spent last night in hospital after hurting my eye, but its all okay, and I got NO sleep in the ER.. (naturally) grrrrr...... LOL LOL LOL

hi again, hope that you are ALLwell, and taking care of yourselves, jv a tube of super glue exploded in my hands and some went in my eye and in my mouth ,have NO eyelashes and some burns to mt throat..but yep its gonna be okay, no use complaining cos there is nothing anyone can do, but I am happy to give God the blessings cos it could of been worse! hope that you are okay & your Oh is getting better too! Hi JVH thanks for the kangaroo/rice tips - will try! Just been on a walk went quite well. OH still has another 30lb to go (being 6'5 doesn't show too badly but mainly carries it around the tummy) - he is hitting the gym every single day for hours as well as 300 laps of the pool. He tries a suit jacket on every morning and is determined to make it fit.

HI missy, sometimes hanging around an ER early hours is a real eye opener as to how some people choose yo live ..Yikes!!!!! hey i hope you are okay..I dont like kangaroo myself..but loooove buffalo, but its a meat that you gotta be gentle with and best served medium rare!!!(thats if you are having it as a roast or a steak that is!

Thanks Pj, i sleep a lot when it comes on, i hate it to no end, the pain is more than i can handle at times thankfully for me i have a husband that knows how to help me. My poor kids, they know too and for that i feel sad, but also i feel greatful that my children understand why it has happend and they do not take depression as just a person that cant get over the past, gosh i hate when that is said to me.

Oh well a better day and its getting closer to my daughters engagedment at east it will be a better thing to focus on.

Hi JVH yahoo your OH is back on the golf course. Great exercise and proves he must be on the mend! My OH's bp hovering around 190/115 which is still on the high side but it has been higher. Sun is shining here too today - been out taking advantage of it!

Lol pjbear - JV recommended the kangaroo meat for my pooch who won't eat canned dog food (I have been cooking premium mince with puppy supplements and pureed veg lol) - today I added rice as suggested by JV. Yes ER room is not a nice place to hang out - sad and varied and always a long wait. Glad you are better!!!

Zaidee sorry you are feeling a bit down - do understand the depression road my OH is prone too. Do hope you feel better and you do have a wonderful engagement to look forward to. ((hugs)) hope the sunshine today helps!

Hi Miss and thats marvellous news that the BP has come down although yes are very right that is still quite high.
