Hi Miss and thanks for the thoughts about the OH........yes he seems to be in fine form and is now taking aged garlic which is also supposed to keep the BP in check.......early days to say if its helping with keeping it stable or not.......and yes hes at golf as i type lol

Great news about your OH as well and i bet hes stoked about the weight loss........lets hope that the BP takes a hike as well

Good morning all. Well S is on her way back to Brisbane. Caught the 6 am flight.

My tatt is a flower. Have not decided on the one for my ankle yet. Am hoping our son can do it before he leaves on the bonding trip.

All is well with me. I am back to walking 5+ ks a day. Got very slack for a while. Now to tackle the eating.
