Hi everyone. Hope you are all going well. Anyone heard from PJ? Have not seen her for ages. Having coffee with Kerry this arvo. Went to the doctor yesterday. Got bad dermatitis on my feet. Plus the blood pressure is up. I take medication for it and it was 150/98. So he said not real good. He is going to check me again next week. We both think maybe the heat??? Have managed to get some walking in. 7ks yesterday and 9 ks today. All before breakfast. Knocks me around a bit but I need the exercise or I feel much worse. Hot and muggy here. Babysitting whilst the parents are working. Mum will be home before lunch. Have a great day all. Take care.

Yes must be time for you guys to head south.........i know the OH didnt get much joy with the blood pressure till the doctor added in meds with a light diruetic attached.......then things started happening and its much more stable

I would seriously come and do your wardrobe but I think its gonna take a while to recover from this one lol You should have seen the gigantic bags of stuff we took to the op shop and the stuff we threw out. Never knew you could accumulate so much!

Still a lot to sort out in preparation for the boys but waiting to see if lil prince is ok still as I want to stay available as long as poss for him if he needs us..

Its so good to have that massive clean out of the house.........i try and do it on a 6 monthly basis.........of course has to be done on a golf morning as the OH keeps draggin back stuff lol

Just a quick hello ..... Had a miserable night as my sciatica played up, had heaps of pain and could not get comfy for hours... had to sleep on a hot water bottle to get any relief.... so have to keep moving around today and not sit in one place too long....

Had my neice for 2 days and she needs lots of attention atm - tomorrow she gets her legs re-casted - took her to the toy shop and let her pick a special pressie in return for being so vigilant in taking all her nasty medicine. Afternoon all :-x Had a great time chatting to Purps I'll miss the ol girl when she goes but not as half as the grandies. Agree with purps regarding the weather up here hot and muggy beats me why I have put up with it for so long.. Have said it once and will say it again its no wonder peeps go tropps up here except I already have my happy pills to help me, lol. Went to see a psycharist yesterday hate having to see these types of people cause u gotta drag things up that have been hidden in the dark recesses of ones mind. Anyway he says he reckons my anti-d's work well 80% of the time which is what one would expect from them he said no anti-d is gonna give u 100% eradacation of depression. To chenage meds I would have to go off them them back on and this would be too hard he reckons. He also said he may change my Risperdal if needed. He says my schizophrenia is in remission cause I am taking my medication and dont have too many weird thoughts. I do however feel I am a spiritual person I believe in guardians and guides and angels etc. I feel my Grandparents exp Grandad is with me giving me advice at times not in an auditory sense but guiding. I must get my cards done soon. Is so wanna do the ouija board I have one here but I am a bit weary of them at times. I believe in ghosts and spirits and all that sort of stuff I was so addicted to the ouija board at one time in my life I couldnt make a decision without consulting it. It seems everyone here is babysitting I can give you's and extra one if u like he's toilet trained sorta, lol. Off for a shower to cool off 🙂

HI MIss yes its been a hard journey.........only a couple of weeks and mother will have been gone for the 12months.......still wading through stuff but am getting there bit by bit.

Big hugs for the little one..........got to be so tough on her with castes on and also horrible meds to take as well....how long will she have to be in the castes for?

Morning all.

Taking the grandsons to Maccas for breakfast this morning. Then I will be going for a walk late this arvo. We are out for a family dinner tonight. Sort of a thank you farewell meal. I am going to miss them but I am looking forward to seeing the rest of the family and travelling again.

Another warm day here I think. Anything above 25 is hot to me. LOL
