I just did a google on raw prawns and then selected images and there are some red ones shown claiming to be raw, I guess like most things they come in different colors.

Well, I have never seen a raw prawn that was red........they are green when not cooked.

They are shrimp which I think can be pink when raw.  In the story it says that they are only 1cm or less.
