A couple of years ago, a local opshop had a piece of glassware on display in their  shop window start a fire, have to be a bit careful with the hot sun

Some beautiful rain last evening and showers and thunderstorms predicted today - but 39 along with them 😞

The humidity is stultifying - thank heavens for refrig RC aircon!!

A good day for staying inside catching up on some paperwork 😉

Hi there stringpeeps 🙂

It seems everyone took their tree down this weekend. I packed all my decorations away and put everything back where it was.

A lot of trees where out on the nature strips yesterday for green council collection on Sunday morning when I went for a walk with my neighbour.

I bet those people whose greenwaste collections are occurring right now are delighted at the opportunity to get rid of their Christmas trees.

It was always difficult to get rid of them in the 'burbs' without such an opportunity ;\

that's one chore out of the way.

I must've missed your post this morning Laney, we posted about the same time.

those green waste collections are good I must check the news I hope the missing Tassies are being found safe and sound

Back to work day today..............and I can tell you I dragged my fet getting out of bed this morning.

Even worse tomorrow.............as I have to go to work and be back home in time to baby sit our grandson .....so his Mum can go to work.
