I hope everyone here is AOK .

Thankfully a much cooler day here today.This is a day we won't miss not having air conditioning.There were too many in a row were we really did.

We were advised to keep cool and keep indoors as much as possible to ovoid heat related conditions.Yet some thought the people in those areas should be out smelling the roses as it's school holidays ?

I was doing my best to keep my son and DD indoors.The heat did get to them especially my eldest son (who was harder to keep indoors)...he got the migraine,shakes,shivers etc.The worst way it got to me was sleep deprivation which is an extra

risk to a lot of epileptics.I'm sure that everyone will appreciate the cool change .

Everyone ,especially those in the fire areas or with loved ones there are in my thoughts .

I hope that the day is a good one for everyone here 🙂

Sorry I made/make spelling mistakes...I hope it doesn't upset anyone.I think that there really are bigger things to be think/be concerned about .

Well that's kind of funny, I never knew about that

I think my PC is about to die, it takes ages to turn on in the morning so I have to use the iPad. I've got heaps of files I need to save so my son is running some back up thingy to save everything for me, just in case

ah at last my PC has turned on. My son is backing up my PC tonight, it's so hard to edit from the IPad that I just didn't even bother fixing it  😄

Lunch plans today were postponed in case the heat persisted. Not too fussed really as sleeping has been intermittent.

Caffeine hit sounds like a good way to start the day though 🙂
