I'm flat out Deb. I've got nearly three hours left. Phew. I was considering cooking the mussels and having the chilli mussels cold but I haven't got room for a big pot in the fridge. Dilemma...

I am sure it will be delicious whichever way you serve them.
We finally got a little bit of rain here so it has cooled down a little but I think tomorrow is going to be hot again.
