Fortunately the techie who came today was heaps better than the one last week.  All HE wanted to do was charge us $150 for coming onto our property 😮

Wrong, wrong wrong - had he done so, he would have found the problem was on their side - not ours and it would have been all fixed without that further delay.

Will be perusing their next account more closely than usual although they did say that we would not be charged for the whole time - thanks for the reminder though.

....but the tennis has been fantastic Prim ]:)
