Well here's my bit of excitement for the day, my surge board went kaput, not only did it go kaput it took out my Heater with it or the Heater took it out, one or the other...........but the Computer survived lol!

I don't even know what Dutch pancakes are bizzy & I'd probably fall asleep if I had to wait an hour for them to rise too. :^O I only do 'quick' pancakes here lol

haaa.... had my nap, made them now, they were to die for....but wont be doing them anytime soon....real name is, 'poffertjes'

Mine did that about a year ago, but didn't have the surge protector, so my powerpoint caught fire, was told by the leccy that it was because i used an extension/powerboard....and they should never be plugged into anything but the 'wall powerpoint' cos they have an element...so wont be doing that again.....and my PC survived.... coolies 🙂

You were lucking it didn't blow up then bizzy, I've had my surgeboard for quite a few years, I bought it when I bought my other computer.

I went out and bought another one and they are a rude price now 😮 couldn't get one like I had as it was way to expensive but got another one.

It was warm today.

Sure hope stays that way. I rarely feel the cold and from Brisbane so have no serious warm clothes at all. If gets too bad will buy something cheapo.

All dads family are up north tasmania but we lived in Hobart when a teen. But so long ago cannot remember how cold it got really. I do remember wearing 3 pairs of dads army socks at once when going out to feed the horse at 6am though and having to smash the ice on top of his water trough so he could drink.

Last time travelled by water was on the Empress and threw up most the way.....

Yep no heating Deb 😞 I still haven't got around to getting the Gas Heater fixed *sigh* going to have to now, I really loved my rock heater, kept it warm and it was actually quite cheap to run....bu**er
