Afternoon all hope its not still as hot up in Townsville for you Kezza
Miss i basically make the curry right from scratch.......i have a curry leaf tree and i have the curry plant as well which i was lucky enough to find at Bunnings......the curry tree and the curry plant 2 seperate plants are wonderful in the curries.......and give a gorgeous aroma when cooking
I always fry the curry and the onions garlic first up so that the aroma is allowed to waft...........also use the coconut cream rather than the milk i know very very rich.
Have been doing some Moroccan food as well.......with the main spice used
Ras El Hanout..............looked everywhere for that and was easier to buy it on ebay and get it that way. You can use that with chicken or lamb......
Geez no wonder im carrying weight.
A very very easy receipe that i use in the summer.
Take one BBQ chook
Some lettuce
Some Macadamia nuts
A chopped fresh mango
Chop up all roughly toss in a bowl and just before serving put a dash of salad dressing.....serve with fresh bread and a light white.
Is a great stand by and always looks attractive

Morning all :-x
Up late I was sick last night think I overate than when I finally went to sleep got woken by a hugh thunder storm (weather bureau got it wrong no rain for ages they said) my little dog went nuts with the thunder claps even the cat was scared. cooled everything down though I could even sleep on my side a feat unacheiveable with the humidity, lol.
Going to a Chrissy party today C will get some prezzies. than I might atempt going to a shopping centre to evade the heat spent 2 hours at the library yesterday.
also think I drank too much caffenine yesterday as all my nerve endings felt like they were spiking in my body took a Claratyne no good had a cold shower and got C to scratch my back and my nerves settled down.
We got our Child Support early hopefully we get another lot on Friday.
Hope everyone has a great day it will be 32 today so a cool change for the tropics they say the very humid days are gone for now maybe a few days, lol..
