Hi JVH so excited for you seeing your son and brand new daughter! Hope you are enjoying every second!
Don't know what type of mobile phone you have but if you have a smart phone you can put GPS on it via an app! I have TomTom on my iPhone so I have GPS all the time without having to worry about a separate gadget and my phone is with me all the time. Works great and was only $70 for the app and you get free updates.

Really full on my way with the little one but we are having fun. We brought a friend of hers home with us from school for a play date (was surprised the mother said yes because she didn't know me!). The mother scribbled down her adress and told me bring her home anytime!!! (She didn't even ask me for my phone no!). Im guessing she had heard from my bro and SIL that I have my neice a lot lol!

Miss have to invest in that gps thing next time.............staying here till tuesday and then heading up to my cousins farm at singleton.

I bet you are totally jiggered with a home full of little angels.........one has to wonder where they get all of their energy from would be good to bottle it...........harness it in some way

Having a bbq today with some of my sons work mates...........then heading over to the portrait gallery..............the boys of course off to the footie lol

Wow I got a mothers day present off my neice some beautiful slippers!  Was so touched - it was a surprise!!

Hi Miss and yes had a wonderful day..............weather behaved but has turned colder this evening def overcoat weather lol  went to portrait gallery yesterday and today to the kingston markets great foodie and craft market and then out to lunch for some sensational chinese..................was going to go to the footie but was a bit chilly.

So so glad the little one is enjoying herself...............and i bet your mum was so glad to see you all..............sounds like you too had a wonderful day

Hi all went for a swim early this morning up to doing 24 laps of the aussie crawl I call it aiming for 30 next time.

Just went for a bike ride burned 3785 calories this week not including 2 visits to the pool.

Hope Jen and Miss had a fab mothers day, I'm waiting for my foot massage from my son, lol.

Kebabs and veges for dinner weight loss tip I read drink the juice of one lemon in water half an hour before dinner helps the gut digest.  Also advises not to drink water with meals, and if u must add lemon juice from a lemon.

Hi Kezza and my grandmother always used to drink warm water and fresh lemon first thing of a morning.........supposed to kick start the digestion etc etc.............hope you had a magic day also and you are going great guns on the fitness regime.

Hi Kezza well done with the swimming! Really proud of you! On Oprah (so it must be true lol) she said a cup of green tea daily ensures a pound off a week doing nothing else! Me thinks I will drink 2 cups lol! Kebabs sound great too!

Got the little miss painting in the kitchen. Bought her some new pjs today so she has them on already!! Really enjoying to it is full on lol! Going to a winery for lunch tomorrow but only one glass of wine for me
