Hi Jen and Miss,

 

Found the problem with my ipod is I have been attaching it to my top instead of my arm on yr arm as we know is where its supposed to go, lol.  Worked much better yesterday Walked for 1hr and nearly 23 mintues straight was knackered I go for 1hr and 33 mintues but I sit down on a shoulder press machine and lat pull down so I get about 2 mintues rest from walkin makes all the difference they also have a hip ab machine I go on for a couple of mintues at the park.

Downloaded 15 more songs including Cool for cats love that golden oldie downloaded 2 versions I look forward to listening to my new songs when I go walking gives me extra motivation I have 207 songs one song I downloaded 3 times lucky I like it a couple of other songs I downloaded twice but alls good.

Miss hope yr rugged up down there.  Have u guys been watching Brothers in Arms?  Not a bad show when I got posted back to Townsville after recruits I got a few tatts and went for a ride with some dudes with bikes in the late 80's and everyone in the Raaf reckoned I was in a bikie gang, lol.

C has come down with the flu Jen got him some demazin and he's feeling a little better 🙂

Not good girl hope he can drink heaps of fluids and also he doesnt get the tummy that can go with it:(

I got him some staminade to boost his electrolytes, hasnt affected his appetite. Downloaded on my ipod the cool for cats song with the pommy git today love that golden oldie...

Hope both JVH and C feeling better today! Glad your OH is being so wonderful looking after you JVH! keep resting! Yes have been watching the Voice - unbelievable talent! Sunshine today but no tradies! Approx 90sqm of tiles need to be replaced too - (having trouble finding the same tile or similar - not one single tile was spared.

Kezza I love the oldies songs too! Glad you got your iPod sorted. Haven't seen Bros, In Arms will keep an eye out for it! Hope C doing better today!!! Sun is shining but still a jumper/jacket day.

OH has his foot dr. Appt today (weekly now) not daily - massively improved! Still can't swim at the gym due to germs but does weights/treadmill etc and everything that allows him to leave his sneakers on. He misses the spa/sauna at the gym which is amusing as we have both in our bathroom he never thinks to use!

Morning Miss and Kezza

Geez what a shame about the tiles Miss..........and yes thats a big quantity of tile to try and match.......have you guys looked in the likes of Bunnings Masters and do Costco have tiles not sure......geez what a job

Have you tried typing the tile and colour into google at all?

Just waiting on heading to the docs......the OH has his bag packed just have to wait on the verdict of the doctor......at the moment still feeling like death warmed up

Kezza how is C to day?

Hi Jen and Miss he is a lot better, Doc said to stick with the Demazin night and day tablets and give him some steam to loosen up the flem on his chest.

He had a blood test and is going to talk to a psychologist soon as he has other issues...

Good to hear C is better......and was just thinking Kezza that a mothers lot is always to worry and be concerned lets hope the psychologist can help ease the path for him............never an easy age group at the best of times.

Miss how is that hunt going for the tiles..........wonder if something like the trading post might sell stuff like that.......
