We had the same tiling/tiles inside and out for a flowing look so looking Absoloutely everywhere for a close match (travertine). Been looking for months as knew this was imminent. Waterproof 'boss' is coming in the morning to assess/arrange finishing. Finally! Had it not been for my brother bringing in his crew we would have been sorry campers with all the rain lol!

Lite n easy dinner just pinged in the microwave! Bon apetite!

Waterproof boss was here today and weather permitting will organize completion of his part of the fix next week. It's pouring ATM.

Afternoon all 🙂

Just went for my walk nearly 11,000 steps started at 3pm in shorts and a singlet top and got a nice suntan weather was nice not too hot and never too cold.

Has been raining since Wednesday I'm doing a walking challenge have to complete 352,365 steps in 27 days.  i think I'll need a new pair of sandshoes after June 30, lol.

C is on the mend he gets his blood test results on Thursday and an intake referral on the 19th things that happened at Primary school are affecting him he reckons so it will help to have someone to talk to.

My school reunion is on the 14th of July 25 years since finishing grade 12 seems like only yesterday my school friend from Geelong was here Friday with her 14 month old there so cute at the age but she smacked him which I dont agree with if I had my chance second time around I wouldnt smack.  the little ones are so hurt when you do it.

Miss I hope the tiles are coming along and Jen's on the mend with her flu. 🙂

Wow Kezza you will look fab for your reunion - worth all those steps and a new pair of walking shoes! You go girl! Glad you enjoyed the visit with your friend!
Hope C's tests come back with good results! Agree with the not hitting children - I couldn't imagine hitting anyone actually! My little neice can be quite a handful at times but I find cuddles are the way to go lol!

More sorting out today it's never ending. Good news being there's room in the closets now for more shopping lol!

Busy with buckets and leaks downstairs. Keep needing to empty them. Waterproofers can't work in the rain and rain forecast all week. Blahhhh!

I do it myself hairdressers wanna charge me $65 with hair as short as mine so I get a box 4 $12 and chuck it in.  Might be getting my nails done Wednesday but I'm not sure they will be able to do them with tips as they are very short and I'm not paying $85 for sculptured nails, so I will see if I dont get the nails i will get a pedi need my poor feet rubbed, lol...Finding new blisters with the extra walking I'm doing.

How is yr place going Miss reno's going well?

Hi Kezza I prefer pedicures to manicures because they last longer lol! In the summer I have pedicures and do my own nails. Winter time the poor feet never see the light of day either in boots or slippers lol! Enjoy yours!!!! I also dye my own hair (on top - the grey ones) and one box lasts me 2 goes. I pour half of both into a plastic cup and use an old pastry brush to put it on with.
House repairs status quo due to rain. One of the buckets overflowed during the night all over the carpet.

A gentle bump

Bit chilly up here in the Ville this am, the wind had a bit of a bit to it when I went for my walk yesterday as well.  Loving the cool weather it puts a spring  in my step been doing excellent times on walking walked 6 mintues longer than Sunday route and made it home 1 mintue later.

Downloaded 22 new songs I got carried away twas only supposed to be 15.  I have 223 songs now, think I'll stop buying when I get to 250 reckon I will run outa songs that I like to download by then, lol.  Looking at buying a second hand ipod of ebay but its only a saving of roughly $40 compared to a newie.

Hi Kezza I used to have one of those 10,000 steps a day pedometers (that you wear clipped to your clothing all day). Was amazed how many steps in a normal day I took - The goal was to do 10,000 steps so found it a bit of fun!
Good luck bidding on the new iPod. I have about the same no. Songs as you but they are on my phone - those smartphones are great for multitasking (music - camera - gps - and even making phone calls Lol!
Hope C is completely better now!
By the way it is strange hearing you speak of cool weather - enjoy while you have it!
