Here's the giant Jesus statue at China Beach. Look at it's shoulders and you can see people there. 33 steps to climb from the feet to the shoulders. And the statue is about 200 meters up a very steep mountain. Plenty of rest breaks needed along the way.

Another Macro

Great photo Flashie!

Moonlight, I went to Vietnam in 2011, I saw that statue in the distance from China Beach but we didn't go there. I've posted a few of my Vietnam photos on here before, I loved the place and took over 2,000 pics. It's a great place for photography.

While doing the photoaday challenge the opportunity arose for a free 60 page Instagram photobook. I had to pay the postage, around $9, it arrived today. It's just a little softcover probably 20cm x 20cm and I couldn't add text, but it's kind of nice.

These date back to 2005, only about 5 minutes drive from home.
