Crikey..... if you want to keep some shape and stop the aging skin from sagging, a bra is preferable? It is only the prosthetic that is not natural and should stay the same.
I am much against prosthetics as I worked at a private hospital that pioneered the first ones that became available in the 70's.....there were botched ops, scars that were horrific, leakage.... allergic reactions.... and yes, I know that today's are safer but... when will we ever be safe?
I agree with you, Azure. IMO, anyone who puts FBs in their body unless it is absolutely necessary, eg to enable them to walk, is nuts, and doesn't value their health too much.

I chose not to for that very same reason Polks but I also understand that someone else might need to do it for their mental health?

but I can fully understand the !9 year old young lady on RPA who chose reconstruction and silicon implants due to breast cancer. At her age vital to her self esteem
