Hi everybuddy 🙂

just came out of the boardroom where the co. put on a little lunch for Melb Cup.

I had no hat so I made up a little fascinator out of the netting you buy oranges in and a few other little ribbons and flowers I had in my crafts box.

No problems.

hey nicbuddy, how you going on the gg's today?

S'not like in the old days when our old boss used to give us prawns and oysters for lunch and then the rest of the day off after the race!

Now it's cold cuts, pies and sausage rolls in our own lunch hour and back to work after the race.

Oh well, at least there's champagne lol

Afternoon treacle beaks 🙂

Had another one of those all night sessions in the craftroom last night....by the time I realised what time it was, it wasn't worth going to bed 😮 but got the retirement card made for an order!

Just sat down to watch the Melbourne Cup, but being technologically challenged I can't work out how to drive the remote control to get the bleeding telly to switch over from PS2 X-(
Where are the offspring when we need them??? I shouldn't complain cos they are all at work this afternoon...KFC, IGA & The Nobbies....gotta love public holiday pay rates :^O

Hope everyone has a great Melbourne Cup day , regardless of the race outcome ...

While down the shops this afternoon I found a cute toy boat, quite large and great for the paddling pool this summer. Came with bucket, spade etc and a frog! Yes a green frog! Ryder loves it lol ...calls it a hog hog :^O
BTW...his temp is back to normal although he's still very clingy.
