Anyway I'm off for a while too.  I'm cooking a Thai basil and lemongrass chicken stir fry.  Yes it's a packet base but I saw the silliest thing on the news dot site.  Some silly article about what you shouldn't cook at home because they are never as good as buying out.  Most of them were Asian and Thai dishes.

How crazy is that?  I make some really lovely Asian type meals both with help from a flavour base or from scratch with all fresh ingredients.  

That's what I'm doing now but another article tells me not to post any more photos of my food because it's boring and annoying :^O
