Wow Iza good for you, next month on the 13th it will be 4 years since I had my last fag..I still can`t recommend the book"easyway to stop smoking" by Alan Carr,it worked for me and thousands of other smokers who thought they couldn`t stop..give it a try:-)

Hi Nics, I don't smoke but I am thinking that book must be pretty good to have helped so many. 

It takes guts and determination to give it up. You and Joono have done well.
