Whenever I see someone is trying to give up smoking I always want to check in with them to see how they are doing??

But then, am I just putting the thought back into their minds, when they may have managed to ignore it?

Have they fallen off the wagon and will feel bad having to admit it ?

Oh, such a dilemma, just going to have a smoke while I think of a tactful way to say

I've got a busy day today, I'm going to help out at a fete. They've got rosella jam for sale, yum. I hope they have a sausage sizzle.

Keep plugging along Iza, soon it will be 1 a day and then none.  It is extra difficult when your hubby still smokes but when he sees you healthier and richer, he might follow 🙂 🙂

I was meant to go to two fetes this morning but slept in. I am sure my body approves.

I am off to watch the netball this afternoon. It won't be exciting because GD's team has been graded above their talents and they get thrashed every week but its good to see the teens out and playing sport and the fresh air is needed.

I had to get up early this morning to pick our son up from work.....I do wish he would not volunteer to be incharge over night................it was so freezing that I crawled back into bed..............with hubby and the cat.X-(.......(the growly face is for the cat)

I had best get and do my housework............MIL no1 is visiting today............and she always manages to have a little peak in every room................:^O
