What is it twinkles? My husband suffers a bit with arthritis and I am always looking for alternative ways to assist.

we have the vibration disc.  i love it.  i use it most mornings and can tell the days i don't as i am much stiffer.  it makes me feel more energised.  i intend to start using it 3 times a day for 10 mins each.  ours was about $249 and we got it off TVSN.  

I use my OH's REVITIVE Circulation Booster, it is wonderful.

I don't think I am any wiser? What do you do for a sore knee?

I have just bought the Dr Ho's massage thingamy off TV, should be here Monday or Tuesday. I can't wait. Struggling with my back again at the moment. Will let you know how it goes.

Other than that I have a tens machine (which I am not allowed to use at the moment) and that works wonders. It is like electric shock / pins and needles all in one.
