1/4 cup oats & 1 tabspoon almonds soaked overnight in apple juice, then warmed before eating this morn and 1 tabspoon natural greek yoghurt stirred through, sprinkle of cinnamon on top!


Mmmmmm


 


Now - Having a small skim milk mocha at work for m/t.


 


Incase I dont get back in.... I will be having a turkey salad wrap for lunch with sweet chilli sauce (already ordered)


 


And dinner will be last nights leftovers of steamed lemon herb chicken breast, mashed sweet potato & peas/corn!
