He was probably terrified 😞
I don't know what I would have done, but I certainly wouldn't have kicked it across the room... maybe I'd try to protect the rabbit somehow. Don't know. It was how it was written so uncaringly that made me feel sick.
Well I have written honestly throughout.
My concern was for my rabbit. Not for the cat.
And I will say it again - if it meant that I had to actually hurt that cat to save my rabbit, I wouldn't have hesitated. And karen I am sure you would have done the same to save any one of your animals.

Could you have shooed the bunny into a bedroom and shut the door to keep it safe from the cat while you got the cat out of the house martini?
Poor bun.
No. The rabbit ran to furthest corner of the house from the back door and made for the only safe place possible (smart little things).
The only way out to another room would have been to cross the cats path.

no hares are pompous and full of their own importance, rabbits are excitable *nods*
Ahhhhhhhhh thanks for that pepe. I shall read between the lines when the rabbit states it's case
the rabbit will just back up the OP
I really don't think its impartial enough.

we only have one side of the story here - i'd like to hear the cat's side, i bet its way different.
The bunny looked tasty, wanted to eat it. always been massive jelly of the rabbits round poos. was thinking that maybe if I ate a rabbit, then my poo would be round too.
my owner keeps me like a prisoner and uses my piccies to gain favour on the ebay. I am gonna do whatever it takes to get the limelight away from my gaoler.
