I ordered nothing but got these 2 little brown paper parcels from Singapore

So the other day i received a parcel from singapore... It contained two jack plugs and a cuticle stick... they had my name and number printed on the front. I can't seem to see where it came from, apart from Singapore!? Im so confused.. 

Confused enough to revive a dead thread.......
