I think 'THEM' set themselves up to be 'THEM', by putting everyone else in the 'US' category via their belligerent style of communication.....how anyone can mistake sarcasm and condescension for intelligent debate beats me. as Socrates once said: "When the debate is lost, slander becomes the tool of the loser."
These word wars get boring.....I don't see Aussies as red or blue....we're Aussies and I can tell you that in any emergency e.g. a bushfire, nobody gives a flying fox who votes for whom. too busy watching each others' backs....there is a REAL world and this isn't it.

Interesting that you've sided with a bunch of spam bots over some of those who've been friends with you for a long time.
I thought Gill meant as an observation.... not a participant of either group?
I don't think it should matter about who you are "friends" with.....we don't always agree with our friends... and we shouldn't have to, to remain friends, should we?

I disagree too. Not sure when the political spamming/divide and conquer/ started but it's been going on for months now. The 3 days have nothing to do with it .People had some of them on ignore prior to that anyway. if you put those threads on ignore, then they complain about it ;\
. I couldn't care less who votes for who.
Where is martini's thread BTW?
neither has malwaregate got anything to do with it, that only took up about a week of CS time. :^O

Maybe, looked more like cheering them on to me.
