You probably save on electricity too. I keep buying stuff even though I'm trying not to. I'll be moving soon and I know everything I buy needs to be packed and moved. I want little bench top one and there is that stove top unit...I forget what it's called. The one in the commercial with the pan...

I got it, the induction frying thing. Cooks at an exact temperature and saves on electric too.
