Eww yuk turns my stomach.   I would have kept it private, like I have done so far. It's not something suited to discussion here.

It wasn't a web site at all, it was a hosting account and you somehow managed to find something that was placed in a directory that no one but the hacker that put it there knew about, funny that hey?:|
