Dance Studio in Sydney - woman reports her husband to police for possessing child abuse material on his computer (he has been charged and refused bail). She DID do the right thing.

Why should people be able to accuse another of serious allegations on public forum (their choose to post it there) and not expect to be questioned? Bit of a low act if you can just post stuff like that and not be challenged?

no disputing that.....rock spiders are lower than pond scum...so, what does that have to do with this?

I was referring to the dance studio example....

Have you read the whole thread from post 65 ( presuming it is still all in tact that is)?

Cupie Karen accused Hawk of having this stuff

which wasn't denied ...

can we perhaps get back to the topic ?

The example shows a person who comes across something untoward and reports it straight to the police. As opposed to the excuses given here where the person tells the other what they have allegedly seen saying the are giving the other person a chance so they can delete it before they get into trouble.

Which is the right action if you see something illegal on the net or on someone's computer/phone?

Do I come across as seriously that interested ?...:^O...anyway I just got Lion to sum it up for me...ta love.

BTW am3, if the police are involved, I'd reiterate, nobody should say anything.  False reporting carries its own penalties, and it isn't something that should be dissected here.  I'm not taking sides...I've seen this type of feud and allegation etc, go back and forward for years, and you'd be surprised how many others have been at the other end of it...
just saying.

Lets get this straight Hawk did not actually have that stuff on his site.

You have to go back and read what hawk has said.
