Hawk, you and I are not exactly bosum buddies. There are reasons for that, and you know as well as I do that I harbour a very very deep grudge over past happenings. However, I do not believe for one second that you were responsible for whatever was on your site. Not everyone here has had the wool pulled over their eyes. 

wow, could I tell some stories about entities attempting to upload malicious codes or whatever onto another site....the list of those IP's banned was huge...anyway...Hawk, take a look at your site logs mate.....all will be revealed there.

Cue, I think you're on the right track and that was what Karen suspected in the first place.. That person has not entered this thread at all, which is most unusual. Im hoping it can still be solved re: the logs, but personally I don't know how that works.

Hawk.............you are the most internet security conscious person I know.........if you site was hacked and those links put on your site then there must be something that would show in your alerts.

I agree with Yoda that you should continue this matter with the Police.

But having said that I 100% agree with Karen having contacted Hawk first............instead of ringing the Police.
