LL "......what a great success roxon has been...."
That is a somewhat incredible statemt LL, considering Roxon's record of interfering in due process. i.e. her comments apropos the Ashby/Slipper case whilst it was before the courts:-
"This favouritism to one of the parties earned the Attorney-General a rare rebuke from the judge, who said it could “undermine public confidence in the court”. Roxon has apologised for that."
"As Attorney-General, Ms Roxon has displayed a worrying inability to distinguish her legal responsibilities from her political beliefs, unacceptably interfering in due process on more than one occasion."
At least with the appointment of her replacement, Mark Drefus, we will have in the highest law office of the country a person with many years law experience as a barrister, and a QC, as opposed to only a solictor with practical experience just as an industrial lawyer and senior associate with law firm Maurice Blackburn and Co.

Mark Dreyfus was known as mark dufus when he was employed by the NLC NT. He was a total fool & alienated everyone who came in contact with him.
It's just getting worse every day for this shambolic govt. The sooner they are gone the better off this country will be.
As for this being the correct time to resign as they "both spoke to Gillard" :^O:^O:^O12 months ago. Well this beggars belief, Roxon asked to leave one month after gaining her life achievement to be the 1st law officer of the land, Oh please.
They cannot be believed & trust is going to be the agenda in this election year & they started out by lying & spinning a major event.
They cannot be trusted, they cannot be believed.

PM shows her true self again... cries because an MP moves on but did not shed a tear for the locals when she came to Bundaberg....
