Is everyone having a enjoyable Friday.

Quiet morning here, then a trip down to the hospital for a follow up for the OH, still making progress, this evening will be spent with friends.

The morning I will wiz out to the model plane club for a few hours and then the Gran kids are coming out again.

Thanks she is getting there slowly, she had a fall last Oct and the break was right at the socket and couldn't be put in a cast.

All they could do was immobilize it and wait for it to heal, and here we are still having physio on it to attempt to recover as much movement back as possible.

Between us its been one thing after the other for nearly 12 months
