my real name is not known... I use one name online... keeping one's real name private is what is important. 

This poster has done this to many people here.. he googles what they have written or their ID and tries to find them... then he comes here and posts that information. 

He has linked to many people... all sorts of forums or social media pages. 

Funny thing is that if you google what he suggested you do not just come up with the link that he has... you actually have to search through many of different online posts to find what he did... 

Unless of course he has done this a lot and it automatically pops up for him???? 

cat I wouldn't worry. It sounds like you have protected yourself by using IDs not connected to your real name so whatever was reposted couldn't have been personal.

I am cheesed off... it was such a bad photo...  X-(

Joz.. "mp" is member of parliament...   that candidate is not an mp yet... hopefully will be.. he is a great person with a huge drive to help the local community. 

Unknowing what the full circumstances are here and if that particular poster actually violated anything, i do symphathize with you Cat. That poster can be extremely annoying.

Cats Back, is  there an agreement made as a party member that your pics may be made public for promotional type purposes ?

If the MP's fb page was added here by anyone else would you feel OK being there ? Can the MP remove your pics etc if you aren't comfortable being on the site ?
