We had smoked cod for tea with veggies tonight...........(except hubby...he hates it......not that you needed to know that...............but hey......why not)...................anyway.......................our eldest son said to me.....Mum, why do you cook it in milk.
Ummmmmmmmmmmmm......I don't know.............that is how my parents cooked it.
How does anyone else cook it?
My mum used to poach it in milk too Flashie. I think it might have been half milk half water. I just use water.
We ended up with a change of plan yesterday and I didn't do the cod after all. I was looking forward to it as well
