If you soak the slices in milk mixed with garlic for a while, it tenderises and adds subtle flavour. Then crumb if you wish, and flash fry.

Thanks for the recipes they should help me.
They are better than a friends suggestion that I should use them as fish bait.

We always had trouble getting them cooked right until someone said the best way is to crunb them, fry until crumbs turn golden colour and thats it.
PS thats cut into rings for the body and strips for the flaps
