chilly here this morning icy cold wind over cast.

anyone see the kitten who was rescued by a fire fighter and he gave it oxygen

it was on sunrise this morning.  just melts your heart.

ugh its morning already.

how did we all sleep? 

I slept well, woke up with the cat walking on my head again.

my daughter is home so i locked the cat out of my room so he would annoy her - thursday night he kept jumping on her and attacking her toes.

i'm hoping last night was similar   lol

we survived another night of gale force winds and heavy rain.

Never been called for jury duty, perhaps its because I once refused to sign a statement until they corrected all the wrong info and was threatened with contempt a couple of times by the judge.

I was a witness at an accident and they didn't want to hear about the driver that I had to void hitting because he failed to give way and that he was also drunk, because they charged the person he hit, the police omitted those facts from the statement and added what they wanted.

They said its fine, just sign it and you can correct it in court, a lot I made them correct before I signed and latter found that its only what is in your statement that matters in court. so never sign a statement unless you are 100% happy with its contents and reflects all facts.
