I just picked the one and only baby broccolini from my plants and proudly zapped it in the microwave and it all shrivelled up and looked a bit burnt and it was very chewy.
Oh no, did you shrivel your only broccolini? I'm sorry but I cannot offer cooking advice... I generally eat things raw straight from the garden. Or boil it to oblivion lol
