blackcat you do need to be careful with your shoulders both of mine are not good have had both of them locked and had to have quartazone injections  in them

 

still have problems now , one i think i have a bit of arthritis in.

 

do have to go do some grocery shopping later though

I definitely need to get something other than a shoulder bag, it is far too painful to be walking with that weight on your shoulder

I might go searching tomorrow and see if I can find a messenger type bag that will hold my ioad, and everything else I need for work

  Tis a little cool here, been out for a ride and got a little wet when it rained on the home, it had to happen I supose.

 

Had a meal at a country pub, a nice lean chicken breast snitz with a pepper sause sitting near an open fire with good company.
