Howdy everyone. Today has just flown by!

Shame about the footy Laney but my son just walked in and his team won by 93 points. I'm so pleased he's doing something active again. It's a mixed age team and some of the players are maybe in their forties I think.

A mixed age team would be good for him - and for the older players too - as they build up great inter-generational camaraderie.
