Good after morning all.

Well still not gone grocery shopping, not going to happen now. I am having a tidy out atm, long delayed by my accident. Yesterday was my baking cupboard, lots of out of date spices etc.........gone. Today is the office............more stuff gone. I hope I can keep motivated now.
