Do you now get to give a real reason for reporting to a real human?

I just clicked out of curiosity and a box came up.

Not sure if I have been reported but have received 2 messages from mods about either removing or revising a couple of my posts.

I am wondering why 'now' is bolded? Surely members have only ever reported when they had a real reason to do so?
