We had incredible winds here through the night j*oono and torrential rain ...... again it woke me up whilst the rest of the household slept on!

 

Forecast still looking pretty torrid!  Time will tell but I am betting I will be blown home this afternoon lol

 

Thanks all for your wishes - we are made of pretty stong stuff over here aren't we j*oono so think we will be ok.  I am, however, going to dose LL up on Bach's Rescue Remedy as she will be home alone today 

 

Better get a move on - there is a break in the rain at the moment.

Yay!!!.........the weekend is nearly here.

 

I have been busy planning...........we are about to start our crazy birthday season in the next week or two.......starting with our youngest grand daughter..............I can not believe she is nearly two.

 

I love shopping for little girls toys...............(we wont mention how hard this year has been to get the required boys toys)...............

 

One of my best friends has just arrived in WA...............I hope where she is the weather is calm.

It 's funny how lots of families all have birthday's within the same month. our busy time is Nov. but We have a few friends birthday's coming up now. We're going to one tomorrow night, a guy I went to school with, both primary and secondary lol. his wife & I became firm friends when we met in our twenties. Lifelong friends are just the best.

& yes, I find females much easier to buy presents for than males, both young and old
