As I remember it, the ACCC thread was deleted before the RT forum ... we knew it was going to happen.

But, heck yes, we won!!!!!!!!!!!

We called it the secret garden board here, some will remember that. Some of us joined the new board in the beginning but being anti PP was a pre requisite. I remember one poor guy who kept starting threads about how much he liked PP & he was booted. Lol
The moderation there was actually much worse than here, not sure what 's it's like now & not really interested, it was long ago & all water under the bridge now

I don't remember 'the secret garden'. Was it an off ebay board or a board on ebay like RT, M2M and CW or a thread on one of the helpful boards? I vaguely remember the ACCC thing and the celebration parties after. 

EM, it was here, but I think you could only access via a link? Others might remember more

Em I think you lasted there about as long as I did haha. A day or two lol. Except you quit and I got kicked haha

It was a link from the RT ... I'm not really sure about the off eBay board ... as far as I was concerned, we had got the victory that we wanted. And, it was sweet 🙂

There have been a few breakaway ebay groups so no idea which you mean, joz, but I thought the fuss about paypal with people leaving happened long before the RT was closed?

a few here must have forgotten what they wrote on the first page, they have singled out a few posters and gave their reasons why those members have returned, as if their mind readers or something. what they think doesnt make it fact

 

i believe they returned here purely because they like the look of the new moderation, and has got nuthing to do with PP past or present
