its been lovely today, i still have the windows open.

i'm amusing myself at the hairball's expense - when i scratch his cheek he leans into it and purrs, so i scratch both cheeks at the same time, he doesn't know which way to lean.

yes ive pulled a muscle in my lower back heaps times annie, can take up to a week to fully recover, not much you can do about it..other than rest up or prevent it from happenng again through daily excercises

I had trouble with lower back many years ago and its the pits, I agrevated it around last August and it took around 5 months to seatle.
