I still have the green tree, Google Chrome.

I believe the problem is with ebay and not the browsers too.  Icy has the 'new' icon on chrome and I still have the tree, as does am*3.  Same with other people using the same browser, different strokes for different folks.

I'm not going to worry about it anymore it just gives me the irrits that they keep changing stuff for no good reason, especially some haven't even mastered the last lot of changes. X-(

Mine is right now. I cleared my cookies etc, then had to go out of this thread and back in again, and then it was right.

Im wondering - can you access PB through your owner documents.. folders..once insert/edit image button has been clicked....all i see now is just whats downloaded in my picture folders etc....cant fing PB in there

if not, how do you download all your albums into your computer documents?

I need to know for sure from those of you who are still experiencing difficulties - have you cleared Cache? Or only Cookies? If you've not done so already, please try clearing cache and let me know if you still have issues after this. You should be able to find how to clear cache for your browser type by googling but if you have difficulties, let me know and I will help!

Thank you Mary, all I did was close down my pc and restart it and is working perfectly now.
