I wish I had sheep in my backyard. Roast lamb. Yum.

Cooked it tonight. A lovely small leg from a wee baby lamb. With roast vegetables, baby beans and gravy.

Going to make a quick and dirty rogan josh with the leftover lamb tomorrow.

“I’ve got my purse and my gift and my gloves and my selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitor and my monoamine oxidase inhibitor and I have my anti-anxiety disco biscuits and I am ready to go. I am really ready!” Sheila

That all sounds delicious Buzz.

It has been a long time since I baked a leg of lamb. With only the two of us here I just do a rack of lamb. I guess I could cook one and do something with the leftovers.

You can buy the tiny little boned leg of lamb Prim.  They are really good.

Good morning Stringers 🙂 Brr heading out soon, just watching my favourite TV show... Skippy the Bush Kangaroo, of course 😄

Skippy just jumped in a stranger's dinghy with the little boy so they could go tag some sharks lol

Excellent parenting model, mr ranger.
.

Good morning Stringsters 🙂

Karen, you may have solve the mystery of why there are so many 'unusual' adults around. They all watched Skippy!

Joono, that is an idea but I would probably ask the butcher to bone one in front of me so I knew I was actually getting a boned leg of lamb and not some scrap ends tied together as has been the case with a few other meat styles available lately.

Off to work for me. Have a great day everyone.
