I just read a book about a time traveller from the 1850's landing in 2011.
Smart phones are the obvious.
Internet.
Clothes would be difficult to explain. Or the lack of them on women I think.
The amount of traffic and the speed on our roads.
Easy travel.

DVD players, external hard drives, ipads, wifi.. anything technological really...online shopping lol.

yes, twyn,,especially all the fruit , vege and other food packed on plastic trays with glad wrap covering it... no fresh apples from the farm (unwaxed) now.
