This is a disgrace. Any designer should be ashamed of themselves to select these models to advertise their clothing. 

I think that Ms Hawkins has made a career decision. Temporary starvation to obtain a body which shocks and is all the more saleable for that for the  photos. it's not a very attractive look but she at least has the luxury of being able to eat whatever she likes once she's made her money.

Unless ... she wants too much money and can't eat little enough to earn it. 😉
